Will my tattletale instantly be suspended after submitting this form?

No!

 

We currently process all forms between 8am - 6pm Monday through Friday EST.

 

After submitting your Suspension Form, we will process your information at our Headquarters as soon as possible.

 

What does Primary Contact mean?

This person will receive a copy of the submitted form, and should be an authorized person associated with your account.

What if I do not have a verbal password?

All Central Station Monitoring accounts will have a verbal password needed to authorize your identity.

 

For Text/Email Only accounts, please enter "n/a" for Verbal Password.
